- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 cup of old rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of Fresh blackberries
- 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
- 2tsp Arawak Farm Blue-Blackberry Spicy Fruit Spread
- 1/4 cup of ice cubes
Put all ingredients in your blender.
Add the ice cubes, cover and blend until smooth.
