Dry Rubbed Broiled Salmon

  Ingredients:

 

NOTE: Cut salmon into 4 ounce pieces (serves four). This is a good nutritional size for wild Salmon.

  • Prepare broiler to High. Combine Dark Brown sugar and Dry Ginger in a small bowl.

 

  • Place marinated Salmon on rack and ten onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle sugar and ginger mix on top and let the mix melt into the Salmon.

 

  • Place on top rack and broil for five (5) minutes. Be careful to not overcook. Remove from broiler and set aside while you prepare a mixed green salad. Salmon will continue to cook while it is resting.

 

  • Enjoy with a crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc.
